What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 200–500 pieces depending on product complexity. Simple SKUs can go as low as 100 pieces for a sample run; highly customized designs may need 500+ for cost-effective tooling.
What is the typical lead time?
25–35 days from confirmed order and approved sample. Repeat orders without spec changes drop to 20–25 days. Express options are available for an additional fee.
Do you offer OEM / ODM services?
Yes. We design and produce custom wooden boxes from scratch based on your brief — wood species, dimensions, closure type, finish, hardware, lining, and branding. We can also reverse-engineer existing samples you provide.
What customization is possible?
Dimensions, closure type (hinged / sliding / drawer / magnetic / lock / open), wood species, surface finish (oil / lacquer / paint / stain / torched), hardware (brass / steel / matte black), interior lining (felt / velvet / EVA foam), and branding (laser engrave / hot foil / screen print / debossing / brass plate).
How do you handle quality control?
Multi-stage QC: incoming material inspection, in-process checks at routing / sanding / finishing / assembly, and final pre-shipment inspection by AQL 2.5 standard. Third-party inspection (SGS / BV / Intertek) is available before shipment on request.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% before shipment by T/T. New customers may require a higher deposit on the first order. We also accept L/C at sight for orders over USD 30,000.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we export to 60+ countries. Shipping is by FCL, LCL, or air express depending on volume and urgency. We handle all export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and fumigation as required.
